Moses and Roman’s room is starting to come together. This week I’ve been trying to get stuff off my to do list at home. I hung a bunch of art up on the walls, ordered some shades, installed shelving, ordered fabric to make bedding for the toddler beds and had some custom jute rugs made out of remnants. We are still waiting for some of our stuff to arrive back from Paris like our rugs we got in Morocco and some of our books and toys. I’m excited to see what they will look like in the space. One of the perks of living in a 450 square foot apartment is there isn’t much to decorate, hopefully I’m finished soon!

Adorable! I especially love the mounted lamp above the bed. Did you mount it yourself or did it come with the drilled holes etc? Love it!

the art is a quote from “Le Petit Prince” — one of my favourite books, so I recognized it instantly. jordan actually blogged about a different version of this before; a DIY project, if you’re interested! (i know i am!) Here’s a link: https://ohhappyday.com/2011/08/painted-words-as-art-diy/

The boys bedroom is looking absolutely devine! Could I be cheeky and ask where you order your fabric to make bedding from? I’m sure you know the best place : )

That fruit pillow on the bed is too cute! Everything looks so colorful and fun! Is that board with the alphabet magnets on the wall or is it a refrigerator or something else?

Small spaces can bring out a far greater sense of creativity! My boyfriend and I are living in the tiniest space at the moment, a one-room apartment, and are set to move to a little place with 3 rooms this August! We are so excited, and I am already planning how best to capitalise on that space (which will feel enormous to me!)
I particularly love the hanging baubles (lights?), the colours are beautiful and earthy and a perfect complement the lovely dragonfly on the wall. Lucky boys!
