I. Want. Donuts. Now.
When I visited my family in SF last year one food treasure I found was the Steamed Chicken Buns from a place in the Ferry Building.
I still dream of them!
And the German Chocolate Cake from Tartine!

wow, my mouth is watering. Great photos. I am only an hour away from San Francisco so it will be good to have a list of food places next time I go.

You know you're doing a humdinger of a job when your styling and her photography makes me want donuts ON a corned beef sandwich. Holy cow these look tasty.

YUM! I just had breakfast but this is making me super hungry. I could totally go for a sandwich. If you ever want to to do the same things with Santa Cruz let me know!

Geebus Jordan. I loooooove Bob's. I work close by, so I have a donut there at least once a month after two chicken tacos at Pancho's. (D'oh: I read about the calorie count of donuts in a National Donut Day story–it was last Friday the 5th.) All those donuts are like puppies in window! Gotta take one home…

These both look delicious. I am going to keep these in a little log book, because I would like to visit San Francisio again sometime and now I know where to get the goodies. I live in Washington, but have always wanted to move to California. I just have to get my husband to agree.

Ok. I just have to say this. I'm 6 and a half months pregnant, and you keep picking what I'm craving. Not cool. Last time I was dying for a cinnamon roll, I opened your blog, and I almost started crying. And today…of course, I am in NEED of a clear glazed doughnut. WHY are you DOING this to me??? They look so yummy 🙂

What about Dynamo Donuts on 24th Street… they have chocolate spice donuts that are out of this freakin' world…. oh I wish they weren't all the way across the city right now. 🙁

Lunch at Zuni: One of the best restaurants for lunch. Ate in the kitchen area, how different is that?
