The classic Father’s Day present is a tie. But what about a really nice white shirt? These non-iron Brooks Brother’s shirts are legendary. Apparently you can put them in the washer AND dryer and they come out looking like they were just back from the cleaners.

My husband owns a dozen plus of these. Just the other day I washed one in the bathtub to get a stain out and I wrung it out with all my might. I wasn’t sure how it would look afterwards…it looks great! I don’t even need to iron it.

These are also my hubby’s favorite shirts… they hold up wash after wash, year after year, and always look better fresh out of the dryer than any of the clothes I have to iron. Well worth the investment (especially when you factor in ironing time or trips to the cleaners)! Watch for yearly sales at the retail store and the outlet… and then buy in bulk if you can! 🙂

Plus, once you know the dude’s size you can outfit him for a year with no sweat. Just take him into the store, get him measured, and you’re in and out within 7 minutes (no lie)

Agree with all of the previous commenters … These are a favorite with my husband as well, especially when he’s traveling.

Nordstroms Smartcare shirts are the same way and just a bit cheaper. Aaron loves his and they are pretty much the only shirts he wears since he refuses to iron anything.

I can confirm: these are the best shirts! And I agree with Nicole Marie, they are a gift for the wife just as they are for the man!!

I have to chime in; these are awesome and BB makes these for women, too, in flattering cuts. One caveat: hanging up my husband’s shirts the other day, I noticed the edges of the front placket (the strip the buttons hook into) had frayed completely. I’m not sure whether it was an old shirt, but it seemed the stiff interfacing had cut through the fabric. Keep your eyes open, and if this happens to you on a new-ish shirt, BB should offer an exchange.
