I got a new haircut. I saw a shopgirl on Union Street with a similar cut on Monday and it has been in my head all week. I woke up yesterday and decided to chop it off. I told the hair stylist, “Katie Holmes.”

Pretty cute! I am currently growing mine out (it’s about armpit length now, yay! lol) from a bob, which is a haircut I’ve had since I was 15. A fresh style was definitely in order, signature style or not. 😉

Yay, welcome to the shortish hair club! I’ve worn mine around chin length since high school and hated it when I grew it out for my wedding. I’m jealous of your bangs; mine is too wavy and fine for them. Fun and springy!

I like it. I had long hair once too, but soon after my first daughter was born it started to feel silly. I needed an older look. My hair looks a lot like yours now without the bangs. But seeing the way yours turned out makes me want to chop them off too. Nice. Very hip.
