This Saturday is the San Francisco Center for the Book’s annual Roadworks event. They block off a section of De Haro street in Potrero Hill {at 16th street} and have a gigantic street fair. They make giant lino cut prints with a steamroller and there are a ton of booths with letterpressed goodies and limited edition handmade books. There are so many great artists that don’t really market themselves so this is a great opportunity to get beautiful hard to get goods.
