Thank you everybody for all your kind words. I feel so loved. I will probably stay away from the baby-centric posts as long as I can because 1. It will come soon enough and 2. I don’t find those topics interesting as of yet. But before I move on to more exciting topics I did want to show the outcome of a sample sale I went to last week. The sample sale was of a high-end baby clothing retailer so all the stuff was cashmere and organic cotton with lots of beautiful detailing. And it was cheap–anywhere from $1 to $3 per piece. Since I didn’t know the gender of the baby I just kept filling up my three garbage bags full of anything that looked good. Anything I don’t need will go to her, her, or her. Anyway, look at all this loot!
{UPDATE: A lot of people wanted to know more about the sample sale. I really don’t go to a lot of sample sales. I heard about this particular one from my friend who works in Product Development at that company. If I hear about any in the future I’ll post about them.}

That’s an excellent haul! Congratulations on the pregnancy- I love when creative people with blogs have kids because I can borrow even more of their great ideas.
The rubberband jeans thing is great, and so are those belly band thingies that go all the way ’round like a huge elastic belt, for helping distribute the stress and for keeping things under cover when your shirts are just a titch too short.
