The affordable house of the week is a two bedroom warehouse conversion loft. I like lofts converted from warehouses a whole lot more than regular Manhattan-style lofts. It is in Salt Lake City and while I’m not a huge fan of the cabinets or bathroom it wouldn’t be too expensive to switch those out. Only $319k! I love this neighborhood too.
