I mentioned this before but, Paul and I like to avoid the crowds and have a nice dinner in on Valentines Day. Paul is in charge of the entertainment and I’m in charge of the meal. with a little help from my sister-in-law Erin my menu is ready.
Course 1: Arugala Salad with parmesan and pine nuts
Course 2: Crabcakes
Course 3: Artichokes with herbed butter
Course 4: Fancy expensive steak with fingerling potatoes
Course 5: Caramel Pot de Creme

What a wonderful menu you have planned.
Hubby and I are not much for going out on that night as well. I think I can only remember one Valentine’s Day we went out (it was the one when we got engaged).
