This house is near the university in Salt Lake. It consists of two units and you could rent a bunch of the rooms out to loud college students that listen to bad music. Your mortgage would be super cheap. Its a cute little guy.

$350K for a 5 bedroom place still pretty much kills me. we should buy this house. but we probably won’t.
