I love this color scheme…maybe for the bedroom? I like it because the greens are different but go together so nicely. {Next month at the Flea Market I’ll be looking for a chair with an interesting shape for the bedroom.}

It’s really a nice balance for a bedroom: soothing neutrals with the green adding a spark of life and exuberance. I think that, too often, bedrooms become either completely serene (and make it difficult to do anything but sleep) or utterly bursting with life (and therefore alertness). But this is pretty, pretty.

Yes I really love green in a bedroom. I’ve got a very soft green duvet cover and I’d like to add some brighter green curtains (like the one in your pic) but I’m really not sure that the greens would match. Sigh. I’ve been on a green kick ever since I read the April issue of Domino. There’s a pic of a room with blue and green hits that I’m absolutely obsessed with.

I have this page marked on my Domino magazine, too! I’ve been trying to figure out what ideas I’d like to pull out of this for my own home. I’d LOVE that chair.
