Peggy Porschen lives in London and makes beautiful beautiful cakes. I saw her on Oh Joy a few months back. It turns out she has a book that I am dying for. Her american version of the same book just came out this year.

Hi from Denver! I was out in Half Moon Bay last year shooting a story at Elegant Cheesecakes, (Suzanne, I think) I’ll look it up.
