Step 1: Print out pages 2-4 of the Printable Popcorn Bags on a 8.5 x 11 white text weight paper. Print out page 1 on  8.5 x 11 white card stock.
Step 2: Cut out the tags and trim the white borders of the patterned pages.
Step 3: Take one of the patterned papers and fold horizontally (see photo) so that each fold overlaps just slightly. Apply clear tape over the seam.
Step 4: Fold the bottom of the bag up from the bottom about an inch and fold in the corners (see photos).
Step 5: Fold down each side of the bottom flap area and tape down. Now puff our the bag and insert a clear treat bag liner if desired.
Step 6: Use the hole punch to create a hole in one of the tags.
Step 7: Fill the bag with popcorn and fold over. You may want to tuck in the plastic liner first. Once folded, punch two holes at the top and tie on the tag with some string.
Step 8: Enjoy your popcorn!
