A Brother and Sister Birthday Party

by Casey Baudoin

Having two (or more) children’s birthdays around the same time can be tricky when party planning… especially with a brother and sister.  Instead of throwing two different parties on different days, a  joint birthday party will do the trick!  Colorful invitations and napkins are perfect for a brother and sister duo, don’t you think?  Make some fun music instruments for entertainment and don’t forget the confetti cake!  I think both kids will be happy campers when the day is done.

Those napkins are absolutely precious! I’d put them in a frame and hang them on the wall:)

That was the story of my life. My brother and I are 11 months apart, so we always had joint birthday parties. I remember our smurf party. 😉

Cute party gear, Jordan. I would love to see a post on ideas for kiddie birthdays that fall around Christmas/New Year’s. My son, Ace, will be turning three on December 30. For the past two years we have done a bonfire + hayride. This year, I can’t decide if that idea is getting stale or if it should become a tradition.

Oh my gosh, I love those napkins! They have such an old French primary school appeal to them, like they appeared straight out of a time capsule. Is this just me? I’m buying them and I don’t have kids. That’s not lame at all, right?

Kind of loving these elements to the point of maybe doing this for myself… So LEITH, not lame @ all, I think! Right, Jordan 😉

Team building games have always been on the top preference as apart from being a rich source of entertainment they offer the best way to enhance unity in a team.
