Here is a little paper pom pom party hat project. It is super simple to make and the results are pretty adorable. We included the link to the party hat template below. Just print the template on colored cardstock and you’re ready to go. These would be really cute in rainbow colored pom poms too! See full instructions below.
Materials: Party Hat Template, Colored Paper, Crepe Paper, Quick Dry Tacky Glue, Elastic, X-Acto Knife, Scissors
Step 1: After building the party hat (instructions here), cut out a square of crepe paper, and roll into a little ball.
Step 2: Dab a little glue onto the scrunched up part of the crepe paper ball.
Step 3: Glue onto the hat.
Step 4: Repeat until the hat is covered in dots!
Step 5: After measuring around your (or a child’s) chin, cut the elastic and thread through the opposite hole, tying a knot to secure it. And you’re done!

I’m confused now! Between these party hats and the previous ones! Maybe I will mix both ideas in for my little girls birthday. xx

That’s pretty cool. I like the confetti party hats you posted after this blog better I think, but this is still pretty cute. Still, if I do the paper party hats thing again, I will probably go with the confetti design. Or maybe I will make some of each and let people choose the hats they prefer?
