Honestly, I’m skipping the adult gifts this year. I have all I want. We’re very lucky.

These are such sad, sad, sorrowful days. This holiday we’re hoping for some silence and reflection and, let’s hope, a little renewal.

For the kids of course – the show will go on

I really like those copper chairs! They would be an easy way to spice up any room! I hope Santa is good to you this year! 🙂

Oh, and I asked Santa for a new DSLR camera.. Hopefully he pulls through!

I’m trying to think of a kind way to say this, but $140 for a hairbrush? $85 for a pair of pajamas? I recognize you value quality and endurance over quantity and price, but these requests seem a bit … well, not simple and certainly not realistic for the average shopper. I enjoy your blog and can tell you are a lovely person, but I’m beginning to feel priced out of your posts.

I used to be a Chuck Taylor enthusiast until Nike bought out Converse. Then I found out they are made in sweatshops and I will never buy another pair! I know that most other brands are also guilty, but Nike is a consumer giant and they ought to be setting a better example. They have the means to influence the entire apparel retail industry.

Plenty is my bible. Every recipe I have made in there has been a knockout, without fail! Its a must-have! The recipes are very approachable, and the photography is beautiful and honest. You will love it!

Question: Do the chairs come with Neosporin? For thigh cuts?

I have a MP brush and I love it! But you really have to know what type of bristle is the best for your hair so read up before the purchase (since it costs a pretty penny).
