Happy Weekend from San Francisco
We’re back in San Francisco! I’ve missed everyone and everything. I can’t believe a week ago we were in Paris. I know I’ll get homesick for Paris but right now I’m so happy to be back. We are still getting settled and are crashing at my brother and sister in law’s house but hopefully we’ll have a place to live soon. We’re having to make a lot of big decisions like buying a car, renting an apartment etc. in a short period of time. It’s been stressful and I’ve been feeling overwhelmed. I keep reminding myself that in a few weeks all this will be settled and we’ll be riding our bikes down to the Ferry Building Farmer’s Market. We just have to get through the next few weeks. I hope you have a beautiful weekend!
Here are my Babble posts for this week!
5 Awesome Swimsuits from Target
These wooden blocks are so beautiful.

Aw, congrats on SF! I love SF…I see myself transplanting there. If you haven’t already, you must go to Alice Waters’ Chez Panisse. But I’m sure you’re already aware!

It has been so fun to see Paris through your eyes over the last year. Thanks for sharing so many of your finds and adventures. But Welcome Home! Even after a fabulous time, it always feels so good to breathe the air of “home.”
I’ve loved following your Paris adventures, but how fun it is to visit your blog and see a picture of place I not only know but was just at!
Changement is always good. A fresh start, isn’t it ! Happy return back and good luck
I hope you are happy in the new residence. I like your blog. A big hug!
I bought those wooden blocks. I just couldn’t resist! I think they will look lovely all parked next to each other on a shelf, like a little wooden village. You find the most beautiful things!

Welcome home! Hope the weather in SF is fabulous for your arrival back.
Welcome back stateside! I always marvel at the fact that your kids have already seen more of this world than most adults- myself included. What a rich and wonderful experience you gave them moving abroad for a year.
LOVE this picture.
Wow, welcome back! Moving is quite the task – just take it one step at a time.
Welcome back! And you picked the perfect time as the sun has been shining non-stop here lately! Take that Paris
Welcome back!
Isn’t that the most amazing playground? We literally stumbled upon it a couple of weeks ago.
Paris is nice but SF is okay too.
So happy that you and your family are back safe and sound in the good ole’ U.S. of A! You definitely made your mark here in Paris and I can hardly wait to see what you get up to in San Francisco. I’ll discover this city through your eyes.
