Happy Weekend

It is grey and cold in Paris but we’ve been doing our advent calendar so Christmas is in full swing over here. Last night we opened some Christmas pajamas I’ve been saving since I bought them in January on super sale from Crewcuts. (Buying Christmas pajamas a year in advance is a little trick I learned from Maggie Mason.) Tonight we’re watching a Charlie Brown Christmas and having apple cider, and tomorrow we’re decorating the tree. I hope you have something fun planned. Joyeux Noël.

I advise you to go the “expo-vente” LittleNeëst (Nëest) this week-end, last year it was really great! (Paris/Reuilly-diderot) Have a nice week-end!

I am hoping on hope that my sheet music from etsy arrives today or tomorrow so I can get on with making this year’s paper chains for the loft. Enjoy decorating the tree and your entire weekend!

Love that you’re doing an advent calendar. It’s one of my favorite Christmas memories. I’m doing an advent calendar in the mail on my blog at http://www.cuteanduseful.com. There’s a new printable and envelope for each day of the Christmas Season; each results in a small gift or simple project that can be mailed to a friend or loved one. Merry, merry!

Wow, great photo! And I’m totally digging the after Christmas sales of holiday merchandise – it just makes so much sense and you can save tons (and get super excited when you get to take it all out the next year)! Merry Christmas 🙂
