Fabric Necklace

I made this necklace last weekend while Moses and Paul went out of town for a few days. It was inspired by this and these. I went to Britex and bought silk fabrics and ribbons in different colors and textures put it together in a few hours. I don’t think I’m quite finished yet, I want to make it a little fuller, I’ve been having fun experimenting with all this silk!

Beautiful! Do you buy just a yard of different shades at a time, or do they come in packs or something? I ask because you’ve had a lot of different colors lately and I’m starting to think you won the ebay jackpot or something!
