Dinner Party on the Roof
We had a dinner party for my friend, Jared’s birthday party on Saturday. We have really pretty roof so we did it up there. The roof is so grey and barren so it looked cool because we had a bubble machine going on the side. The weather was fantastic this weekend–we were lucky.

What a lovely party! We just don’t have rooftops like that in Arizona.
the weather was perfect this weekend! what did you serve at the dinner party?
jordan – what a lovely party! i have been reading your blog for quite some time (the first post i read was about a top from old navy (last Spring i think?) that i promptly bought and have been wearing and loving ever since!) but i’m not sure i’ve ever commented. either way, over the weekend i was dreaming about home tours (i think i have Charleston SC on the brain) and in my dream one of the homes i was in was yours – but it wasn’t really – or at least it didn’t look like any of the snippets you’ve shared here – anyway, i kept telling everyone ‘this is not what her home looks like on her blog!’
i love the flowers.
I remember those chairs but did not know you had 6 of them-you lucky girl!!
stunning! i love the colors!

Man- that dinner party looks all chic and grown up. It makes me feel like a real bum eating off our paper plates at the beach. Time to up the status quo.
What a lovely dinner party! I wish I was your friend and could be invited to charming parties o your roof…it’s almost better than Mary Poppin’s tea party on the ceiling.
really inspiring…
Wow, you should send a letter to my friends who are preparing my next birthday’s party. Give them some ideas, because I’m pretty scared of what they may come up with!
What an inspired addition with the bubbles! Bubbles always make a party!
absolutely lovey.
Oh, to sit outside in short sleeves! As I scrape the ice off of my windshield.
Wow–it turned out beautifully Jordan! Those flower arrangements are stunning—the perfect color combination. And the weather Saturday was perfect for a rooftop soiree!
