The Gap has *definitely* improved in the last few months (weeks, even). For a couple of years there is got pretty dull in there. I have found myself buying more from them in the last month or so than I have in the last year. Yay for pretty, cheery clothes!

according the Sartorialist, the Gap hired a new fabulous design director last year and his work is starting to show up in store. i got the sweetest little white linen dress there this weekend and it sort of shocked me how much other stuff i wanted.
