how can you purchase this for 40.00? It seems that everytime I try to get one, it sends me to a website that says it is 79.00 or something in that area! I am anxious to get one for my daughters wedding, but 79.00 is more than I can pay for a one time use thing. Can anyone tell me how to get one for 40.00? Like this site says? Thanks
