The affordable house of the week has 3 bedrooms and a whopping 2224 square feet. I don’t know what I would do with that much space! This bad boy will set you back 285k. We pay as much as this mortgage would be in rent every month.

Oh man, if I knew anything at all about the Phoenix area I would help you out. I love houses and I always tease my husband about becoming a real estate agent. The key for me is finding a website that searches how old a house is. I only look for houses built in 1920 and older.
