What are you getting your mom for Mother’s Day? If you’ve waited until the last minute, don’t worry! There are tons of great gift options online. I found all the gifts below using Chippmunk – my favorite site for online deals. They also have tons of fantastic deals on flowers and chocolates! Normally, I wouldn’t think to use a coupon when buying gifts, but I’ve realized that saving money allows me to add a few more items to the cart and spoil the ones I love. Make sure you don’t miss their online deals at Rifle Paper Co., J.Crew, Teleflora, & Dean & Deluca!
This post is brought to you by Chippmunk: compare deals at the stores you love and see where you save the most!

Simple and sweet party favors are the best in my book. I always keep a stash of glassine bags in various sizes handy. Add a scalloped flap to the top of the bag along with a personalized message and you are good to go. I used patterned origami paper for this project, but you can use solid or patterned cardstock or even fabric.

Argh! It’s the last minute frenzy in those precious few days leading up to Christmas. The big day draws frightening close and, remaining true to form, I have an astounding number of gifts yet to be bought and wrapped. Yikes! If you’re in a similar boat, you might welcome some last minute freebies to aid in your creative packaging efforts! The result of a morning doodling session, these are not your typical holiday themed gift tag and wrap designs. They’re a touch quirky- conceived, perhaps, in an attempt to channel the wide-eyed wonder that Christmas used to inspire in me as a child.
Simply click on the button above to download the PDF. It contains 2 pages (the first contains the tags, the second contains the gift wrap).
For the tags- Simply print out onto thick, glossy photo paper (I’ve used Canon 275gsm Photo Paper Plus Glossy II), cut out with x-acto knife, punch a small round hole on one side and attach some twine. (I personally think they go nicely with some neon pink cord)
The ‘eyes’ gift wrap is perfect for small gifts! Print out onto coloured, kraft or white stock of your choosing.
