This past weekend I went on a short cruise to Mexico with a group of my friends from high school. It was fun because a few of them I hadn’t even seen in ten years. Although there was lots to do on the ship, this pregnant lady just ate ice cream cones, laid in the sun, swam, napped and then repeated. It was the perfect short vacation. Now I’m back to real life: laundry, grocery shopping, deadlines, then repeat.

LOL sounds wonderful, and that's how I was on my recent vacation. Wish I could have gone horseback riding and sipped some adult drinks, but oh well.

That sounds heavenly. It finally started raining here in Seattle and though I love the rain, sometimes an ice cream cone and lounge chair can really hit the spot.

This pregnant lady (me) is also doing a short cruise to Mexico in a few weeks. I'm happy to see that you enjoyed yourself. I've never done a cruise before so I'm a bit nervous.
