Make Way for Ducklings is one of my daughter’s favorites…if you make it to the Public Garden in Boston, there are little bronze statues of the ducks walking to the water. Very cute!

I love “Make Way for Ducklings!” I grew up on it. My dad went to college in Boston, so he loved to read us that book.

I love all the Muji cities in a bag but then when I was at the London store I ended up skipping the London version in favor of a set of mini London cabs and buses. So cute. They live on a bookcase in our tv/guest room and every so often I find that my husband has lined them up differently!

    Vicarious pleasure . . .

Funny you mention that book–we just read it last night before bed for the first time in a loooong time. After living in San Francisco we moved to Boston and became addicted to visiting the public gardens. Just watch out for those squirrels! They have absolutely no fear.

Funny you mention that book–we just read it last night for the first time in a loooong time. What a sweet book. When we lived in Boston we visited the Public Gardens often with our daughter and sat on those bronze ducks many a time. However, considering how forward the squirrels are there, I think someone should write a humorous book about them.

Love the NYC blocks. My friend brought me some a few months ago, and I’ve got ’em up at my house– though there are no kids in sight. Moses is going to have such good taste!
