We are trying to give mostly homemade gifts this year. It has been really fun making all the presents. We made paper mache pear ornaments last night, they turned out really great. We’re painting them tonight. I’ll put up the final results and a little tutorial tomorrow. I’m also working on a big list of advent calendar activities that I’ll post later this week.

You’ve inspired me to actually try and make these for my Mother-in-Law to be. She’s very Smith and Hawken and the pears would be just perfect!! Can’t wait for the details of how to make them.
