Petzl TIKKA pictured is a great headlamp but for those willing to spend a little more then $30 limit the Petzl ZIPKA® PLUS has a handy zip away headband. It’ also wraps around bike handlebars to double as a bike lamp.
Yes I like headlamps way to much.

Headlamps are a great gift idea! Really, everyone has a need for a headlamp at some point. I use one when I want to stay up reading and my husband is asleep. I bought one for my 24 year old brother and 11 year old cousin last year.

we use our headlamps all over our apt—sorting out wires behind the tv, searching for stuff in the basement, grilling in the dark. it’s really a great gift.
