Need a present for a b-o-y, or maybe some cheap but styling art for your pad? I’m a big fan of pop culture art. As your tastes change you can move on, without having blown the wad. What do I mean by Pop culture art? Mainly bands, music, stuff that makes you move. Even if you missed the actual show, I think Jason Munn’s stuff is beautiful and is varied enough to fit anyone. Plus if you fell in love during a certain song, why not help your guy remember the moment? My decorating is heavily geared towards light blue and brown, so I especially like the Sufjan Stevens, Astaire, and Blonde Redhead posters. If I branch out on my color scheme, I’ll probably go for Nada Surf

sufjan is my hero. and his poster is pretty cool too. i feel like putting up posters is so colley-y. Do you frame them?

These would look awesome if you got them mounted on wood frames. You can do this at the Reprint Mint in Berkeley. They put a finish on it, so I wouldn’t do it with any valuable paper or rare prints, but it looks great with pop art – like unframed canvas – and better than just unframed posters.

It’s cheaper than regular framing as well.

these are such great prints – and so cheap for being so well designed and hand screened!
