These aren’t super new but I have these saved on my inspiration board. The 2006 Spring Kate Spade Ads. I love the socks with the cute strappy heels. I even went out and bought some conspicuously colored socks. I always try them on with different outfits but I get wussy right before we leave and take them off. I think I just need the right dress.

You are killing me right now because I saw that ad and loved it, too! It’s up there with one of my other all-time favorite ads, also Kate Spade. It’s of a mother leaning against the wall of her apartment hallway, just home from work, while her husband and small kid play on the floor. I saw it before I had a kid of my own, but for some reason it’s always stuck with me.
