I LOVE magazines. I have a long list of magazines to which I am a faithful subscriber. One of these is Real Simple. Now, I know it must be really hard to fill an entire magazine up ten times a year with new and unique stuff, but this is getting ridiculous. They have a whole article of new uses for everyday house hold objects. I think that is a great idea for an article if you come up with ideas like Martha’s plastic soap bottle replaced with a pretty glass dispenser. But a fork? You want me to put a fork in my orchid? You feel so strongly about this idea that you put it on your cover? Really? Is it that hard to find a straight stick? Do you really want your costly silverware taking the place of sticks?
