New Year’s Eve Fondue Party

When hosting a party, I gravitate towards any party food that is simple and requires the least amount of cooking or preparation. I much prefer to focus my efforts on the decorations and little aesthetic details!

I love the idea of a chocolate fondue party because it doesn’t require advanced cooking skills, it’s uncomplicated and it doesn’t take too long to prepare. I also think it adds an element of fun for guests and provides a great theme that guests can get excited about! Today we’re partnering with Lindt to share how easy it is to throw a Fondue party for New Years Eve.

Chocolate fondue is really easy to make: just chocolate and heavy cream or butter. We prefer to use Lindt Chocolate because it really does taste the best. We used their CLASSIC RECIPE Milk and White bars plus their EXCELLENCE 70% dark chocolate bars. Serve up platters of strawberries, sliced bananas, cubed pound cake, cookies and marshmallows galore! You can even provide some sprinkles for a colorful finish! Supply some cute and festive skewers, slip on your sequins and break open the bubbly. So simple!
