Shamrock Balloons

These balloons are great decorations for St. Patrick’s Day – they’re so easy to assemble that in a few minutes you’ll have enough decor to make a huge impact at your party. All it takes is a little air and twine!

You will need: green heart balloons, green baking twine, and scissors

Step 1: Blow up four balloons and tie them shut.
Step 2: Tie each set of two balloons together.
Step 3: To make the clover shape, gently push the two sets together so that their centers touch.
Step 4: Tie the center of the balloons together with twine, leaving a long tail for hanging.
Step 5: Hang the balloons at your party!

A shamrock has three leaves. It’s a symbol of St. Paddy’s Day because he used it to teach about the trinity.

This is so outrageously cute and simple! I’m going to head over to the local party shop tomorrow to get supplies for this 🙂
