My Favorite Things on eBay

I’m happy to announce my partnership with eBay! I realized some of my favorite things I own are things I’ve bought from eBay over the years. So I went around my house and took pictures of some of my most cherished items for the collage below. (click through below for the whole post) I love eBay and use it constantly, for everything from hard-to-find-vintage items to new shoes or electronics. I even bought my little red car off eBay! Here are some of my current favorite collections I’ve scoured  for on eBay based on my favorite purchases! Vintage Cars | Wood Toys | Alarm Clocks

Things I've Bought From eBay! | Oh Happy Day

I love using eBay so much for shopping, but I just recently discovered that there’s a whole community of eBay users who are sharing tips & tricks via Buying Guides and Collections. With their Guides, you can pretty much find information about anything and everything – written by people who are experts in their topics. For the past month, I’ve been writing Guides that share my favorite party planning tips & supplies. I’ve also been using their Collections to group together items I want for our home renovation, for the kids and for myself. The format reminds me of Pinterest – but only for eBay items. It’s really helped me keep track of all the items I want and all of my upcoming auctions. Also when I find a user whose aesthetic I like, I can follow their boards and collections to see the items they’re saving. Sometimes eBay can feel so big and overwhelming, so this has really helped it feel manageable and easy to navigate.

    Lots of great finds!
Do you have any tips/recommended search words for finding vintage dresses? I love the two above. My problem is I get overwhelmed by the quantity that shows up!

I think the big thing is to spend time on it. I’ll go through a week or so where I spend 20 minutes a day browsing for the item I want.

I love eBay! I’ve bought so many pieces of clothing, shoes, and jewelry on eBay over the years. I love finding past season J. Crew pieces for a steal!

We were just talking about our love for vintage cameras, and how old Polaroids are some of the best pictures we have! The history behind vintage pieces are what make them so special! It allows our imagination to wander.

I have never bought anything on Ebay. I’m too intimidated! There’s just too much stuff! You have inspired me to at least look at the buying guides. Maybe that will help. Thanks for the post!

I live in rural Northern California. We’re an hour and a half from the nearest Target, so you can see that eBay is my fav. This Bay Area gal doesn’t feel so disconnected and what a cute collection of Boden skirts I have!
    Cheers,
