Spooky Eyes Gift Tag DIY

I prefer cute and sweet Halloween projects to gory and creepy ones, so these Spooky Eyes Gift Tags are perfect for celebrating Halloween. Make these gifts tags and use them for personalizing goodies for friends and neighbors. You can add cookies or whip up a fresh batch of caramel corn and place it inside the poly lined coffee bags.
