Clothes To Party In No. 8

When it comes to planning Halloween costumes for myself, I’m the worst: I always leave it to the last minute and have to pull something together using pieces I already have in my closet. This fall, I’ve been eyeing a leopard print coat to add to my wardrobe. I figure it can be dual purposed as a simple Halloween costume! Pairing it with a cat ear headband and classic cat eye makeup, I’d be one pretty kitty. Happy Halloween! (PS – For more Clothes To Party In posts, click here!)

I am loving this! Such a cute way to pull together a subtle costume. I tend to leave mine for the last minute too so I’ll definitely be adding this to my repertoire.

This is perfect! I don’t like dressing up in a costume, but I still want to embrace the holiday. I love the subtlety of this and will be doing something similar 😉

This is actually a cute idea for a “work appropriate” costume – I might just do this! And I adore those boots!

Ha! this is exactly what I’m doing this year. Gonna pile on some baubles and make myself an “aristocat” 🙂

Great idea! I also wait til the last minute to figure out a costume, which means I usually end up going out to one of those Halloween stores that pop up wherever and pay way too much for a crummy costume on the day before I have a party to go to. Something like this would be a great idea though!
