What are you wearing for your Labor Day barbecue? I always have trouble blending style with comfort. But I think this outfit does a good job of mixing them together. Now I just need to grow out my hair enough to pull off that braid!

Those red flats are to die for! Red pointy flats are usually a staple in my wardrobe (I’m 5’11 and wear a lot of black/white/grey/red), but right now I am currently without them. Might have to pick a pair up.

My Labor Day plans fell through, but that just means more time to look at blogs and stuff! I can’t do the messy braid look like that, because my hair just looks awful that way (it gets a little TOO messy), but I dig the rest of it, especially the red flats. I’m on the taller side already, so I don’t like to wear heels much. Flats are great for me, and red is one of my favorite colors (after green of course).
