Inspiration No. 24

For the past few weeks, I’ve been brainstorming simple updates I can make to my house to keep it feeling fresh. One of my favorite websites to visit for inspiration is Fab. I love that everything feels so modern and colorful, and I can easily get lost in their Furniture, Home, and Art pages. Some of my favorite items right now are below. Which one do you like best?

A. Plastic Color Map B. Barbosa Dining Chair C. Birdcage Lamp D. Vintage Kantha Quilt E. Eames Elephant F. iPhone 4 Alarm Clock Dock G. Striped Hamper

This post is sponsored by Fab: a design-curated shop, which features unique, quality design products.

This is my favorite inspiration in awhile. All of these things would look great in my living/dining room, especially the map, chair and basket.

I love that hamper! Unfortunately, those things typically turn into a chew toy for my dog.

That iphone4 alarm clock dock seems so rad! I’ll definitely have to get my hands on that item soon! Thanks for the inspiration 🙂

I love the first three items! In fact, I’m really trying to resist buying the light fixture.

I have one of those quilts from Fab though and, I have to say, I was really disappointed. Both with the quality and the overall look—the small corner they photographed for the preview isn’t representative of the whole thing. It didn’t end up matching my room at all :/

Jordan! Those barbosa chairs are gorgeous. Love this mix of things. The yellow lamp is such a good pop of color too. You always hit it out of the park! Ps! I ran into you when you lived in Paris. Probably freaked you out a bit because you were crossing the street with your family near the Eiffel Tower, my husband and I were taking an extended layover so we could go into the city and when you passed I leaped out of my chair and said hello : ) Just like we were old friends. Hehe! You were really sweet. Thanks for putting so much work into this blog. It’s so much fun to look at!
    Happy Summer!
