DIY How to Make a Birdcage Veil

My latest article for Project Wedding just went up. It shows how to make a birdcage veil. I love birdcage veils, they are so sweet and are pretty easy to make. (Isn’t the model pretty? IT is my upstairs neighbor. Very Audrey Hepburnish.)

    i like that veil. i bought that same bird and cage for a friend for her birthday Ari cried for an hour because it wasnt for him.

    Wow, this would have been really helpful 3 years ago when I got married and wanted a veil like this. The supposed "veil lady" couldn't figure out how to make this. I ended up pinning the netting in my hair and was happy with the way it turned out, so all was not lost.
    Still, if only I would have known how to make it, I'd done it myself!!
