Yum, yum, yum. I made this salad from Bon Appétit to serve along side my homemade mac and cheese yesterday. It is similar to a Greek salad but it has watermelon in it and everything is covered in Greek yogurt and feta cheese. I’m going to go eat the leftovers right now for breakfast-yum. If you try it, be sure to look at the recipe notes, they were very useful.

watermellon, cubed
canteloupe, cubed
feta
fresh mint leaves, chopped
It’s light, fresh and awesome as a side dish or even as a light dessert. So tasty.
