Here is the finished product of the shower invitations I made last week. I like giving invitations in boxes. It is like getting a present. I printed the names of the the recipient on the outside and inside are the printed cards and some bright yellow Lemonheads. The back of the box has a little quote that I really like. I got some fun pictures of the assembly process below. It was like a sea of Lemonheads…

I think these are absolutely beautiful. We’re throwing a baby shower for my sister in law and would love to do something similar- I read in the comments that you hand delivered most of them- but the ones you did mail, do you have any idea how they were when they arrived at the destination? Also, how would you mail something like that- did you just put an address and a return address on the front of the box and mail?

I 2nd the request to share your box source, and also…. where did you get that many lemonheads? I’m guessing you didn’t run around cleaning out grocery stores of their Lemonhead stock…..

What great information! I absolutely love the invitations, I do not think I have ever seen any quite so nice. We do not do baby showers and stuff like that over in England, so I am glad to be here in the U.S. experiencing all that stuff. I wish you had been around for me when I did my baby shower. The only thing I did was order baby shower invitations from a company called Cards-411. They were really great quality, and arrived quickly. I do not think that they were as customized as this, but more along the traditional lines. I forget how I found them on the internet, but I was very impressed with their quality. I just did a search for baby shower invitations on google, and there are tons of companies to choose from. The one that comes up all the time is http://www.tinyprints.com but I do not have any experience ordering from there. ok see you later,

These invitations look amazing. I was just wondering what the "fine point" at the bottom of the invite actually says.
Thanks.
