JCrew had its runway show for the fall bridal collection and I LOVE what they are doing. Everything is different and classy. I like the strapless sheath gown as much as the next girl but I feel like if I see one more I might puke. The strapless dress has had its moment in the sun. Give me babydoll dresses and lovely sleeves!!!!! {p.s.: The stuff isn’t in the stores or online yet.}
{UPDATE: I remember reading this article via PAPER BRIDE that shuns the strapless sheath. I think it is interesting.}

I completely agree about the strapless dresses. I’ve been to many weddings where the bride spent the whole time tugging up on the top of her dress.

ohhh sooo pretty, i came here to say the same thing as erin.
i think if i did it again i would wear the big poofy strapless dress again (this one here http://tinyurl.com/nd7lt, me midcelebration 🙂 but have a second one like these to change into after dinner (hey, good excuse to wear another dress).
i know its cliche but i loved my big dropped waist dress, and it only got annoying to wear the last hour or so of the night, no dress tugging here!
